film

CMA has had many works optioned and produced for film and television. We carefully cultivate relationships with a variety of film subagents and production companies and evaluate each project individually to find the best fit.

foreign

Taryn Fagerness has worked in foreign rights since 2004. She’s sold hundreds of books to foreign markets for New York Times bestselling authors, first time authors, and everyone in between, in nearly all genres including literary fiction, thriller/suspense, commercial fiction, romance, history, self-help, business, and children’s. She has exceptional relationships with foreign co-agents, foreign publishers, and scouts, and she handles all aspects of selling foreign rights from international fair-going to submission, negotiating, and tracking titles through publication and beyond.

audio

Shannon Snow manages the audio rights department for CMA clients in-house. We have built a fantastic list that features primarily commercial fiction and are actively expanding. Shannon seeks excellent audio companies in order to garner the best possible opportunities. She brings eighteen years of finance and marketing experience to her role, which allows her to help secure and promote CMA authors’ works.
